‘Standard’ Roller Frame – Aluminium

The JLB ‘Standard’ (aluminium) bow-sprit roller frame is fabricated from 6mm marine grade aluminium plate.  Where the customer’s boat is of aluminium construction this roller frame can be permanently welded to the deck if preferred to bolting.  The roller frame comes complete with:-
> highest quality polyethylene roller with stainless steel axle bolt and Nyloc
> machined & spring-loaded anchor holding pin
> bottom stainless steel ladder holding pin
> laser-cut baseplate installation ‘slots’
> 2x M12 fully-threaded stainless bolts with Nylocs
> 4x large stainless washers (for use with installation bolts above and below deck)

Typically our JLB ‘Standard’ roller frames are suitable for installation on boats up to 6m (19.7’) in length.
