‘Tournament Mark2’ Roller Frame

The JLB ‘Tournament Mark2’ is our 3^rd tier top-of-the-range ‘commercial quality’ bow-sprit roller frame and is suitable for installation on boats up to 8m (26’) in length and potentially well beyond 8m depending on anchor size and design.  This highest quality high-polished stainless steel roller frame has been designed for use with large anchors and with electrically operated anchor winches.

The ‘Mk2’ is typically fitted to our ‘Ascend 3Step Extendable’ Jacob’s Ladder models including our 400mm-wide ‘XL’ 3Step Extendable ladder which comfortably folds over many of the larger anchors on the market when deployed.

The roller frame itself is fabricated from high-polished 4mm stainless steel plate and comes complete with:-

• dual polyethylene rollers … larger diameter front roller as well as secondary rear cotton-reel roller both supported by M12 and M10 stainless axle bolts and Nylocs respectively.  The rear roller provides downward slant angle for anchor as well as extra balance when anchor is in the secured-stored position.
• front anchor rope anti-chafing ‘tabs’ for extra rope protection on retrieval of anchor
• 2 x 2.5mm friction-reducing nylon washers
• machined & spring-loaded anchor holding pin
• bottom TIG-welded ladder holding pins
• 2 x M12 fully-threaded stainless installation bolts and Nylocs
• 4x large stainless spreader washers for use with installation bolts above and below deck
