The JLB ‘Tournament MarkI’ is our 2nd tier larger ‘commercial quality’ bow-sprit roller frame and is suitable for installation on boats up to 6m (19.7’) in length and well beyond 6m depending on anchor size and design. The ‘MkI’ can be fitted both to our non-extendable Ascend ‘Classic’ ladder as well as our 3Step extendable Jacob’s Ladder models.
The roller frame itself is fabricated from high-polished 4mm stainless steel plate and comes complete with:-
> single 75mm highest quality polyethylene roller with stainless axle bolt and Nyloc
> 2×2.5mm friction-reducing nylon washers
> machined/spring-loaded anchor holding pin
> bottom TIG-welded ladder holding pins
> 2x M12 fully-threaded stainless bolts and Nylocs
> 4x large stainless spreader washers for use with installation bolts above and below deck
